Excellent and quiet location, 5 min walk to the beach and just opposite the English promenade. Bud stop is just near the house. very clean! Amazing support of the host in every step, and great recommendation for entertainments and restaurants. All you need you’ll find in the Appartments. I recommend and will definitely be back.

We booked last minute in July 2025 for a family of 7. The apartment was spotlessly clean and slept 7 of us easily. Location is great, just 5 mins walk from the beach and with shops and a great patisserie even closer. Cheaper for us than even the most basic of available hotels. We were just sorry we couldn't stay longer. Host was brilliant and answered all our questions quickly and was very flexible despite the last minute booking.

Fantastic apartment
Spotless clean modern large attention to detail in every room outstanding Lovely outside decking with absolutely brilliant sea view.
The apartment was a relaxing haven

Immediately they made arrangements with the help of their family to get another apartment in the same building ready for us to stay in until our flight several days later the other apartment is just as beautiful sea views clean everything brand new we watched them open boxes and build beds etc
. Location ideal for local restaurant shops and the beach. Also the tram system is very easy from the airport and into old nice. . Would highly recommend to stay in this property.

We liked everything: the location of the accommodation near the embankment and the beach, the layout for four people, the hostess is very welcoming and responsive. We were worried about the proximity of the airport, but the planes did not bother us at all, we did not hear them. All rooms have air conditioners, there is everything you need in terms of everyday life. Excellent accommodation. I hope to come back here again.
