I really recommend this apartment, includes everything you need and the location is perfect. Close to the sea and the tram stooped just outside the building. You have a bakery just outside the door and a grocery store nearby.

Very well located. Public transport just in front of the apartment with buses and train to town and the main train station that will get you to Monaco or any other city around Nice. Brach very close just few steps, supermarket down in the building. The view is stunning and the sunrise is perfect from there.

The apartment is fantastic, modern and classy; typical French style interior. It is very near the beach and Promenade des Angles. From the airport you can take the tramp, which is also going to Port Lympia, what is very convenient. Five steps from the apartment you have very well equipped supermarket. In the apartment there is more than you could expect, including the taps for washing machine. The wifi is very good. Very comfy bed and super quiet air-condition. The contact with the owner perfect. If I will go to Nice again, I will try to stay there again.

Clean, cozy, beautiful. There is everything you need, great location, nice quiet neighbors, wonderful owner who was always in touch. Very convenient access to both the beach and the tram, nearby grocery store and tram and of course the beach. Delight, we will miss it 🥹

We made our own breakfast . There was a supermarket 10 minutes away so we could buy some groceries

1. The location couldn't have been better. On foot, we were less than 5 minutes away from the beach. A bakery and a tram station were directly opposite the hotel, both within a minute on foot. A decent number of restaurants were located within a 15-minute walk from the hotel 2. Very clean 3. The bed was comfortable 4. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were surprisingly spacious, definitely spacious enough for two people 5. The staff was friendly and made an effort to speak French slowly to us 6. The surrounding area felt safe 7. Nice room design and everything felt new. Nothing felt old-fashioned nor seemed worn down 8. The common lounge in the lobby was cozy and the vending machines with drinks and snacks were a welcome addition

The hotel is super clean and organised. The facility is well-managed, the breakfast is great and the bed/pillow is super comfortable. The air con was already on when we arrived in the room, which was a lovely welcome due to the outside climate.

Amazing host, really kind and helpful, she provided a lot of information, where to eat close by and how to travel to the city center and to the airport. Good location, around 20-25 minutes to the old town. Clean, big comparing to other apartments/rooms in France, good kitchen with everything you need, able to do laundry and has a very nice balcony. We enjoyed our time there!
