Very convenient location for visiting Nice - nice neighbourhood, close to the port, the city centre and the tram to the airport. The apartment is new and perfectly well-furnished (fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine with capsules provided, washing machine, etc.) - really could hardly ask for more. There is a nice large balcony. The parking spot was a bit tight, but it's great that the option was provided. The host even provided a baby bed and chair (both seemed brand new). Overall a great place to stay in Nice, especially for a group/family. I would stay there again.

I spent a really nice time at Charlotte's apartment. She has a very good taste in home decor! 😉 The apartment is located close to the old town, and it will take you just 5-7 min to get to the nearest restaurants. There's also a tram station close to the apartment, where you can catch a tram L1 to the main railway station (13-15 min), and there's another train station even closer, it's called Nice Riquier. We didn't communicate much with Charlotte, but she seemed to be a very kind, attentive, and responsible host. She welcomed me with some cute Provence things, and that was very nice, really 😊 I totally recommend this place! You'll feel at home there!

Personnel was really kind and helpful , the guys in the reception ( David and I don’t remember the other name) provide us with the best advices for our activities and the ladies helped us with directions when our train canceled. Everything was really great , really clean , little bit small room but did not disturb us. Thank you all !
