Jack met us at the apartment, let us in, and showed us around this great place. The apartment is beautifully decorated, with modern appliances in the huge kitchen, oriental carpets, and two comfortable bedrooms. There's also a pull-out couch if you have 6 people staying. We were three and were very comfortable. The bathroom is small (after all, it was added two centuries after the building was erected) and has a door that separates the toilet from the shower. That was helpful for the three of us women. Although we didn't need the air conditioning in March, the units in the master bedroom, living room, and kitchen were also set for heat and were very easy to use. Jack's manager, Elana, showed us how to use the TV, and the appliances in the Kitchen, and they have a great 9-page manual of everything we needed to know just in case we forgot. The apartment has the most amazing location, a few minutes from the beach, 2 minutes from the beautiful cathedral, and 5 minutes from the tram and the park. We'd stay here again but next time, try to stay for longer than overnight, because there is so much to see and do. We had no idea what to expect, and the apartment more than met our expectations. My two friends and I highly recommend this property for its beauty, its location and the two people, Jack and Elana, who were so helpful.

This property makes such clever use of space to provide for all your needs within a modern, bright and clean apartment. Someone has put a lot of thought and effort into creating this apartment, and it shows. It is situated right in the middle of old Nice, surrounded by some lovely restaurants, and only 5 minutes walk from the beach, the fabulous flower market and the tram stop. It’s half an hour by tram to the airport, so no car needed for your holiday, and a short train journey will take you to Monaco & Menton too. We visited as a family of three and our 15 year old, who is 6’2” had plenty of space in the mezzanine bed. It gave him a separate area to sleep unlike the bed settees offered in many other apartments. We found the beds really comfortable, the equipment level fantastic, and this little gem of an apartment was a perfect short stay base for our holiday in Nice! Would love to stay again.
