Every staff member we met or spoke to was lovely. From the front desk receptionists, to the people working at breakfast. The location was very handy, right by a Metro entrance, and plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby. The look and feel of the hotel was so beautiful, the room was lovely, the bathroom was so spacious, and they even left us a little surprise of balloons to celebrate our honeymoon. Another honourable mention was the coffee at breakfast is made by a barista and was so good (coming from Melbourne this is important!!) we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris and would return again ourselves! Merci Beaucoup!

Staff is really friendly. Lovely design and attention for details regarding the interior design. Great bathroom and shower. The bed is also great, however a bit short for us. Hotel is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Overall very enjoyable stay.

The location of this Nestay Sentier Air BnB is excellent. It’s right in the heart of Paris, very close to the metro station and a lovely area to walk around in, with great eateries. Olivia, Samy and Dmitri are very efficient, helpful, and kind staff. The apartment is compact and perfect for a family of 4. It has an elevator (something I missed in all other BnBs), good heating, a well-equipped kitchen, wifi, well-stocked bath area, washing machine and dryer services, USB ports for charging devices and a great lock/unlock mechanism. Olivia was very generous with her help with directions and on the operation of the kitchen gadgets. Samy helped with clarity on the metro choices and parking luggage when it was most needed. Dmitri helped with locating cabs when we were checking out.

The accommodation is in an excellent location, with a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery nearby. It's also not far from the subway station. There are two locks on the entrance door, ensuring good security. The only drawback is that you have to carry your luggage up the stairs.
