Very friendly and helpful personnel, feeling I was very welcome from the first minutes. Rooms was spacious, very clean and AC worked efficiently. Breakfast was great and versatile, not just croissants & coffee but yogurts, cheeses, eggs, omelettes, warm veggies, juices, lots of pastries - served as a brunch very well! The snacks & beverages served from 2pm to 2am at the lounge was a really nice surprise, and a great pick-me-up in between roaming around the city in the morning and evening. The location is very central and practical, safe as well. There's a grocery store just opposite to the hotel, and Gare du Nord walking distance away, and a couple of metro stops very close. The best hotel I have stayed in Paris and I wills surely book this again for my next visit.

It’s an excellent hotel which lives up to the standard of five stars. You can see that the concept is very well thought through and every small detail taken care of. The restaurant is also worth a visit. The food is exceptional and the roof top bar likewise. Highly recommend

I didn't have a breakfast at the hotel, but I had a drink at the bar and the bartender was very talented what he has been doing and explained in details how he prepared a cocktail to me. The location to me was great, reached to the metro 5 minutes walk. The neighborhood has many nice restaurants around.
