They were really gracious in changing our dates when our ferry was cancelled without further charge. Room was very comfortable and had a fantastic view. Check in was thankfully efficient after getting caught in a rain shower on our walk to the hotel from the ferry. Locely breakfast.

Léa, directrice is very efficient, helpful, friendly and professional. Actually other staffs are also nice and polite!! The bed rooms are nicely decorated, quiet! The bathrooms are clean. I will definitely choose to stay here again in the future if possible,

There were nothing to complain about. The personal at the hotel create a genuin amazing "feel good". Less then 50m to a 1000m wide beach. A 10 minutes walk to the old city. 20m to a bus stop. And a 5* to the community workers and others, what a clean city. We loved everything about Escale Oceania and Saint Malo.

Wonderful, friendly, greeting by the professional Reception lady. She really is a star and was very helpful and kind. The location is really good; just 2 mins walk from the beach and perhaps 10mins walk to the walled city.
