Everything! Even had pizza and drinks downstairs one night and it was perfect. The staff were amazing, so kind. My room was good even though I'd chosen a windowless room.

Everything. The room was amazing, very comfortable bed, the facilities, the very central location, and the amazing friendly and helpful stuff. Arriving and finding the coffee machine was so warming. The room even included an iron and board. It was so comfortable. So central. I will definitely be back.

Location is perfect - the street is lively, but not too much. Almost nothing from the street can be heard inside. Good drapes in the bedroom shut all the light out. Nice decor, spacious. What is really special to me is the evening light that shines into the living room. Instead of going out, I preferred staying in and basking in the light.
