The entire compound is stunning. Tucked conveniently within a safe and beautiful neighbourhood. All staff were helpful and professional. Room was spacious, clean and outdoor garden was cosy. Glad we picked this instead of an airbnb!

On the banks of the River Mersey, the Waterside Hotel is just 10 minutes from Manchester airport. The hotel has a restaurant and leisure centre.

Very nice, calm and comfortable house. Me and my partner needed to be back in Manchester, where I used to live, for few days, and this accommodation worked out perfectly! The garden was great for relaxing and the kitchen had all the essentials for cooking. Despite being a bit far from the city center, the area is nice and very green, close to the river, and a few minutes walk brings you to little cafes, restaurants and bars. Definitely happy with our stay!

Absolutely perfect stay. Pre-checkin worked great, we got to the place and our room was ready. The room itself was perfect: comfy beds, nice bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, beautiful view etc. Smart ideas to store the suitcases/clothes. Staff is super friendly too. 5 min walk to the Manchester central conference center, perfect location for us. We really enjoyed our stay!

I was really impressed with the customer service. Staff were so welcoming and helpful right from the moment we came into the hotel. My family were even offered a room upgrade (Ilis) and there was even a friendly and an ever "how can I help you" Portuguese speaking gentleman (Nelton) who always found time for a "check up chat". Spaicous room, all amenities in place and superb location, right next to a pub serving over 10 different types of draft beer!!! If you're too scared of the cold there is always the bar on site, a cozy place to have a drink and some snacks. What else could I ask for? Thank you.
