The building in which the hotel is located is situated near the beach, I had a very beautiful view on the city and sea from room. The room was on a high floor. Unfortunately I stayed only one night. I had private parking for the car. The staff was very kind and helpful. The price for the value was very good.

The place looks exactly like in the photos. Very clean, with a friendly receptionist who kindly let us leave our luggage free of charge. I have very good memories of the stay. Highly recommended!

What an amazing hosting by Batumi floor 40,
It was indeed one of the coziest experiences I’ve ever had!
Mind blowing view along with clean and well sorted room gave us an unforgettable experience.
One thing to mention was ease of check in process, we just had to make it to the tower, go to the 40th floor by lift and check in at the same floor just few steps away from our room.
We also liked the breakfast, not a big variety but whatever there tasted delicious and homemade.
Will return if ever come back to batumi.

Dea is an excellent host & very cooperative.
She did an excellent welcome for us although it was very late at night but she waited for us to be checked in .
The appartment is very cozy & beautifuly decorated but on a smaller side.
Its an excellent value for money.
All the required items were there in the kitchen.
Location was also faboulus too with grocery store on walking distance & beach front also on wallking distance.
Moreover Dea helped us in parking to & reserved a parking spot for us which is highly appreciated.
Over all its an excellent value for Money & Dea is an exvellent host.

Great stay by the sea! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The staff were always friendly and ready to help. Since the elevator area was under renovation, we were met at the main reception and given our key card. Special thanks to Ana for making our stay even better
