The property is on top of the range, very clean, the beds are comfortable, there are 2 bathrooms both very clean, the sofa is comfortable to sit/sleep on. The housekeeping is on the roll, they came every 2nd day to clean the accomodation & top up/add new toiletries The staff are very friendly & helpful

Everything. I have a whole Apartment for myself. The Appartement is big and nice. I was early and Dionisis, let me check before. I had the pleasure to meet him and his hospitality melted my heart. He show me one of the best restaurants in town. It didn‘t look like but the food an the people there was so nice. Even though he didn‘t speak that much english, we could share part of our stories with hand signals, a bit of Italian and German, and deepl 🤪. Totally recommend it.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay !! The location is stunning—peaceful yet close enough to the heart off Kalamaki / Alimos center and the beautiful beach area! The area offers breathtaking views of the sea, beautiful beach, and charming cafes and restaurants. The accommodation itself was incredibly comfortable. Everything was well thought out, from the cozy bed and modern amenities to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. I especially appreciated the hospitality—our host was gracious, responsive, and went out of their way to make our stay smooth and memorable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic escape with a touch of elegance. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The apartment is new, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean, close to the port and beaches. Plaka is a bit of a walk away, so you'll need to take the metro or a taxi. The apartment was exceptionally well-equipped, from the abundance of toiletries and towels in the bathroom to a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and clothes drying rack. Water was waiting for us in the kitchen refrigerator, along with a coffee maker, coffee, creamer, and more. The apartment includes a small garden where you can relax in the evening. The owner was very helpful, answering every question we had immediately. We arrived at the apartment a few hours before check-in, and the owner had the apartment ready for us so we could use it right away. We were also allowed to use the apartment longer on the day of our departure, so we could stay there until we left for the airport. We are very grateful for such kindness.

We have really enjoyed the stay here. It' s a big apartment, very well equipped with what is needed for cooking, washing (a lot of toiletries and towels available), enjoying some free time (netflix, card games, chess). Air conditioning is available in each room, which was a very good think to chill fast the place. It's situated at a 10minute walking distance from the beach. There is a supermarket over the street with a lot of diverse products. On the street there are also farmacies, good ice cream places, restaurants, a very good bakery with traditional products. Even if it seems a busy street, we did not had problems with the noise :) It's a bit farther from the old center, but the conection via public transport is good (there is a bus station at a walking distance of 5 minutes to the Acropolis area). The comunication with the owner was very good, we have received fast answers to our questions.

The appartment is huge and fully equipped! Great location - 3min drive from Bolivar Beach. The host is very nice, concidering and understanding. Very Recommended for groups - We were 5 people and we stayed for 5 nights.
