Very modern and clean apartment close to the Sygrou-Fix Metro station. Well equipped, has a washing machine, television, fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds and a balcony. Air conditioning in every room. The building is brand new and well maintained. Quiet road, we did not experience any noise.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in the heart of Athens! The location is unbeatable, with everything you could want just a short walk away, including a metro station and numerous iconic sights. The apartment itself was impeccably clean and had a wonderful, fresh scent upon arrival. It was fully equipped with all the amenities I needed, making my stay extremely comfortable. The highlight, however, was the stunning, full view of the Acropolis. Maria, who manages the apartment, was incredibly professional, kind, and always willing to help. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and even allowed us to have a late checkout at no extra charge, which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Athens!

Spacious and light with everything you could need! Very easy to get to the centre. Washing machine is available for use and there is a large balcony on which to dry your clothes. The air conditioners are very effective. Sleeper couch is nice and firm. Mattress in the main room, whilst of a good quality, was much too soft for me.

The balcony is the best thing about this apartment. I’ve spent a lot of time there at my stay in November, and I think it is awesome all year around because they have put some nice lighting and decor so it feels really cozy with the direct view of Acropolis. The location is perfect. Metro is around the corner, and you can also return with tram from Syntagma square to the station in front of the apartment. The neighborhood is good and feels safe. They have board in the kitchen that can be stretched and used as a desk, that was pretty useful for me because I had to do some work on my laptop. They also had Nespresso machine with capsules, and some jam and toast for breakfast. Marcos (host) was really nice, he welcomed me and explained everything, gave me some tips what to see and where to eat. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip! :)
