We’ve enjoyed absolutely everything about this hotel. It is absolutely stunningly designed, lots of marble with modern elements while incorporating the antique ruins the hotel stands on and that you can view through glass. The staff is going the extra mile for everything, everyone is friendly and helpful, we got amazing restaurant recommendations from our receptionist Dimitra, and the service at breakfast and in the rooftop bar is exceptional and fast. We absolutely loved the view of Acropolis from the beautifully designed rooftop terrace that is also used for breakfast. Breakfast itself was delicious with so much variance from Greek specialty breads and cakes to yoghurt, eggs, fresh fruit etc etc, it was the perfect start to the day. We also loved the location since you can just walk to the major sites in a few mins while being a bit out of the major tourist area in terms of noise and mess of people. We found great food within walking distance, beautiful orange trees everywhere and felt very safe. The rooms and hotel itself were exceptionally clean and well organized, the room was lovely, the beds super comfortable, and we loved the bath products and ordered them from the shop to use at home. We truly couldn’t be any happier with our experience with the niche hotel and are recommending to anyone ever going to Athens ☀️

The scenery from the top-floor room is fantastic. I used to check out the Parthenon from my window at different times of the day, bathed in different sunlight. The hotel is modern, very stylish and perfectly positioned within walking distance of everything, and yet away from the crowd. Staff members are very welcoming. There is always a nice treat and refreshment served in the reception hall. Breakfast is very nice - small samples of a large variety of very high-quality food. And the view from the restaurant!!!

Spacious beautiful apartment with comfortable bed/sofa. Bathrooms are well stocked and the entire place was immaculately tidied. Amazing value for money! Wish we stayed for longer.

Details matter and this apt shows. From incredible bath soap, shampoo and conditioner, professional hair dryer (the really strong stuff) to capsules for the nespresso machine. Those make you feel welcomed. The apt is exceptionally clean and neat.

We arrived couple with 3 children. There is a double bed in the apartment,a sofa and another pull-out bed in the living room. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for accommodation and cooking. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with a small bakery and several places to eat. 5 minutes walk from the train station. The owners were lovely and were available for us for any questions. We highly recommend!!

Extremely good value for money, large balcony and big apartment that is perfect for a couple to stay in whilst in Athens. Great view of the Acropolis & rooftops from the balcony and only a short metro ride to tourist attractions.

The balcony is the best thing about this apartment. I’ve spent a lot of time there at my stay in November, and I think it is awesome all year around because they have put some nice lighting and decor so it feels really cozy with the direct view of Acropolis. The location is perfect. Metro is around the corner, and you can also return with tram from Syntagma square to the station in front of the apartment. The neighborhood is good and feels safe. They have board in the kitchen that can be stretched and used as a desk, that was pretty useful for me because I had to do some work on my laptop. They also had Nespresso machine with capsules, and some jam and toast for breakfast. Marcos (host) was really nice, he welcomed me and explained everything, gave me some tips what to see and where to eat. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip! :)
