The customer service at the Silveri is second to none. Every staff I encountered are attentive and responsive. They listened and went above and beyond to help making my stay comfortable. I wanted to make a special call out to Riomae and Katherine at the Front Desk, Wa Jeh from Housekeeping, Crystal and Edrick a the Concierge. Everyone of you had been so helpful and caring. Your sincere care made my stay so much more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you! You guys are the stars! The room is beautiful, spacious, clean and well-maintained. The bed is very comfortable and the hotel has a good variety of pillow options. The Executive Lounge is nice. It is a quiet, calm and peaceful environment with a great view, a perfect place for an afternoon coffee or a drink in the evening to sit back, relax and enjoy. It is one of my favourite place in the hotel. The hotel is well located. It is close to the airport and transportations as well as some of the major attractions such as Disney, NP360, TaiO etc. Effortless access to the shopping centre and eateries. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the Silveri to anyone who is visiting HK.

Fast booking; check-in was a breeze. Though our 2nd room was not available during check-in time but they gave us an extension to check-out the following day. The front desk and customer service personnel were very accommodating (Mr. Jacky and Mr. Tom for front desk; apologies we were not able to ask the name of the personnel from customer service). The breakfast buffet was satisfying. The restaurant crew were friendly and gave us a warm welcome. The personnel who facilitated the shuttle to the airport were also friendly and helpful. Kudos and thank you!

Located on the same premises as the Four Points Sheraton, this super luxury hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. A special mention goes to the front desk staff, particularly a gentleman from India who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The hotel's convenience is unparalleled, with a grocery store and an Indian restaurant on site. This was a godsend for me, as an Indian traveler craving authentic Indian cuisine. The complimentary shuttle service to the MTR station and airport was a huge bonus, making my stay super efficient and value for money. I highly recommend staying at the Sheraton Hong Kong, Tung Chung Hotel over opting for smaller, overpriced rooms in the city center. The luxury, convenience, and exceptional service make it an unbeatable choice.
