Hotel is very new, modern and stylish. Everything in bathroom was working. Hyatt level! Bar has live music performances in the evening - singing european and british hit songs. Coctails are somewhat interesting but pricey. View from the room is incredible - panoramic view on the bay!

Location is good, it has everything you need nearby like : transits, shopping center, good restaurants etc. It feels very quiet and safe inside the hotel area ; your staffs are very professional, approachable and helpful, thank you for your hospitality during our stay =)

I was not so confident the hotel would look like what it was on the internet. However, the room, the quality, the cleaniness, and the staff are all great and yes, all are true to what's shown.

We stayed in one of the club suites, and the service was some of the best I have ever experienced. Staff were extremely accommodating of our children, and catered to our dietary restrictions. Excellent breakfast buffet with a wide range of food. Incredible view from our room and extremely comfortable room.
