We stayed in one of the club suites, and the service was some of the best I have ever experienced. Staff were extremely accommodating of our children, and catered to our dietary restrictions. Excellent breakfast buffet with a wide range of food. Incredible view from our room and extremely comfortable room.

We moved to this hotel on the 26th december for 2 nights after 3 nights at St Regis and experiencing some very unpleasant matters.
The hotel is great, service was excellent, there were plenty of dining options offered inside the hotel, a very well-equipped gym with a beautiful harbor view. We dined at the chinese restaurant (The Legacy House), food was excellent and service was great too from the hostess who welcomed us and brought us to our seats to the staff who took great care of us from the start till the end of our meal.

A brand new hotel that only opened in September, everything is clean and orderly. Fast check-in process and enthusiastic and proactive staff. The room area feels slightly larger compared to hotels of the same level and type in HK. The room faces Victoria Harbour and offers a panoramic view of the entire Hong Kong Island. The overall experience of this stay was very good. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast was great, the food was fresh and well matched. When there are many people, there will be a slight queue and seating arrangements, so there is still a sense of order and quiet dining. The doorman service is very good!

My family had a wonderful stay at the Shangri La Kowloon over the New Year. I do love that the Shangri La brand always has a beautiful lobby and it was decorated so lovely for the holidays. I also cannot underestimate how wonderful the water pressure was in the bathrooms - I know it is a strange thing to comment on but as a frequent traveller I can say it was the best pressure and hot water I have seen in a long time! Lastly, my kids could not stop talking about the breakfast - it was fantastic.
