It was very beautiful, very clean. Staff came every morning to change the towels and do the bed. Reception staff were very friendly and professional. I missed my connection flight when arriving so I arrived ine day later and did not stay the first night and they were very efficient on the phone call and refunded me the first night. It has a gym area which was very small and did not have many equipments and usually only one person at a time can workout but it was alright. Public transpost was super easy. Right in front of the door was a bus station. 2 minutes walking a tram station and 9 minutes walking to wan chai MTR station.

Everything was great. The staff is very obliging, the location is nice and the rooms are equipped with everthing you could need and wish for. The room was cleaned and made up everyday and we enjoyed the electric water boiler to make some tea. The wifi was okay, it could be a tiny bit faster though.
