The hotel location is great and close to the train station and many restaurants and tourist attractions. To be honest it was the only place I've in Hong Kong with proper customer service. The room service team were absolutely great and friendly. the reception were helpful and friendly as well. The room was clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable. the value for money was great.

Step out the building door almost straight into the MTR entrance. Easy access. Good communications with management. The room was small, but adequate. Bathroom also small, but very usable. Water pressure and water heat was excellent. The bed was comfortable and we had several good nights sleep. Thumbs up!

The room was stylish, with lovely furniture and décor, and very comfortable. The location was perfect — right in front of the MRT station exit, which was especially convenient on rainy days. A currency exchange and a convenience store were also just around the corner. What impressed me most, however, was the staff — everyone was so kind and helpful, which truly made my stay perfect.
