We did a mistake booking on the wrong day, and by coincidence with the same name as another user so when Ivan inform us ,we where already using the apartment,but he give us the money back and we find another accommodation 500m from his place. Ivan gave us the opportunity to use the apartment again on the day that we booked on booking, and we decided to stay another day.All was ok and under our expectations.Thanks Ivan and sorry for the inconvenience with the other user.

It was an incredible holiday and a wonderful stay in the apartments. I want to note the most impressive thing was the hospitality of kindness from the owner of the apartment Angelka. The apartment has everything you need, clean, spacious. There is a private terrace with a kitchen. Everything works. A quiet peaceful place for a family holiday. To the sea 200m. Shops, cafes, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, everything you need is nearby. The sea is beautiful, the beach has a toilet and a shower. To the airport a few minutes by car . You can get to the sights by car or taxi, as well as by bus. Bus stop nearby. Sincere recommendations of these apartments❤️

It was fast and convenient to get into the location with the airport bus 37 and maybe ~1 km walk in a beautiful neighbourhood. We could get into the room earlier than expected and the hosts were super friendly. The room was spacious and beautiful, with good air conditioning and lovely pool area. Even though the balcony was shared with another room there was a feeling of privacy because the balcony area was shaped well and we couldn't see the other side when sitting by the table. Check in and check out were simple and hassle-free, we could just drop the keys downstairs to the hosts at the end of the stay. After staying at Stipic we hoped we would have booked for longer because the facilities were so good. If we return into the area we will definitely stay again.

Everything. The hosts were amazing ...friendly generous and all round great hosts. The apartment was fantastic. Much bigger than expected with virtually everything you could ask for. Even down to little things in the bathroom. An amazing place i highly recommend.

Our stay at this apartment was great! The air conditioning worked very well, keeping the apartment cool and comfortable. The terrace was a great spot to relax, offering a nice view of the sea. We received fresh towels and sheets in the middle of our stay. The apartment is new and fully equipped, including a washing machine, making our stay very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was reliable and worked well. The owner was very responsive and hospitable, which added to our positive experience. There's a beach about 200 meters away, but we highly recommend taking a short drive to Biaćka beach, which is much nicer. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this apartment!

The apartment had everything we needed and the view was amazing. A good local bus service, plenty supermarkets nearby. Lovely walks.Ivan even gave us a lift to the airport, lovely hosts.

This property is amazing! Kǎstela is a gorgeous area full of stone buildings and everyone in the town was so kind. The outside space in the accommodation was a highlight as it had two sun lounges as well as a table for meals. The space had air conditioning which is great in summer and the beds were so comfortable (double bed and pull out sofa).
