We stayed in apartment 1 which was on the main path but it was quiet and secure.
The staff were welcoming and got us into our room quicker than the check in time which was great.
We left our bags in the secure lobby so we didn't have to carry them after we checked out.
The room itself was spacious, double bed, small table and chairs, kitchen area with bowls/plates etc and a dishwasher and TV although we didn't use that.
Room had Aircon and blackout curtains so it was comfortable for sleeping and not being woken early.
Bathroom was a good size, towels and wash stuff provided
Coffee and croissants were provided in the courtyard in the morning.

Very cosy and well-decorated apartment. Complimentary coffee capsules and well equipped kitchen. Only 3-5 minutes away from the city center, close to coffee shops, super markets, shops. Staff was helpful and cordial. Beds were comfy and cosy, additional heating means provided.

I liked everything!!! Especially because I requested to check in early and the owner accepted, how lovely😍... Easy access property, a few minutes walk to the station, perfect!!! I was impressed with the smell and cleanliness, everything was very clean and smelled good, soft towels, and good pillows, I had an incredible night!!! ohhh and there is also coffee, croissant, cereal and chocolates, I also 🥰 ... of course I will come back.

This apartment was truly the highlight of my stay in Split. It has a PERFECT location in the old town and had all the amenities needed for my 6-night stay. It is charming and accessible. The hostess was super helpful giving all the needed details and suggesting names of restaurants and points of interest. Split is a lovely city, made more beautiful with a comfortable accommodation like this. I truly had a great time there and if I come back to Split, I will not think twice before booking this place again. Thank you for everything.
