Very nice host. The apartment was just perfect to us. The host has thought about all you need to have a perfect and comfortable stay in Split. There was even a dishwasher a washing machine and a private parking space. 100m from the apt. there is a little "commercial" centre with a bakery, supermarket, fish shop etc. From here you can take the busline 8 to the center or the (e)bike. It's also a nice option to walk in 1h (4.7km) along the coast to the center or back "home". Split has everything, interesting old city, lot of restaurants , many beaches and ferries to the islands..

We liked everything about the property. It was clean and spacious, and it had everything- washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, playstation and many more. The host was nice and always there for everything. Nice view from the balcony, private parking, the sea right in front of the apartment, close to the city centre..

Very spacious room and the lady helping us was very lovely. Quite a walk to the city center, but not a big deal for us. Everything was very modern and clean and you notice how they thought of everything. Everything you need is in the room. Very smooth communication with reception as well! We were there for 1 night only, but the accommodation has all the equipment and facilities for a longer stay too.

We stayed in this apartment for 5 nights on our trip to Split, and the apartment looks exactly like the photos. Mia, the host, was very friendly and waited for us at night time to let us check in and had good recommendations for us in terms of local restaurants to try, and places to visit during our stay. The apartment was clean, cozy, in a calm neighborhood, and close to the city center. The apartment came with everything we needed for our stay in terms of cooking and washing machine/dryer and balcony. There are few restaurants close to the apartment building and bus stop right in front of the building. Mia was easy to contact for any questions, and there is a café bar just downstairs from the apartment building! Perfect apartment for money value, and proximity. 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent property well mantained, very quiet and peaceful area. Fans in the bedroom were very helpful. Host was charming.

Very clean and well equipped apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Good and new washing machine in the toilet. Fridge had even cold beer, juice and snacks to welcome us. Very friendly staff! Smooth check-in and check out. Location is also good. Not far from a small beach. Restaurant and supermarket at walking distance. Quiet residential area. Plenty of free parking spots around.
