It’s absolutely great experience based on service & cost. The hotel is very good starting from location and finishing with choice for the breakfast and comfortable beds. The best is personal: you will be covered with attention from guys who meet you at the entrance and continuing with reception, concierge, staff at the breakfast. People are friendly, sincere , smiling, fast in any reaction (I get an answer regarding hairdressing booking from the concierge in 30 minutes after sending an email!) Being a frequent traveler due to business and pleasure and staying in 4-5 hotels per month in different countries- sincerely recommend Esplanade to make your home during your stay in beautiful Zagreb

A great place, with newly designed rooms and friendly and helpful staff. Although it looked a bit shabby from the outside, the room was surprisingly newly renovated, clean and functional.
