Very friendly and helpful staff, they provided useful info regarding city tour and how to get around.
Although our room facing a busy road but it is not noisy at all when the window is closed. Getting around by Metro/Bus/Tram are very easy & simple, location is very ideal.

Everything was absolutely impeccable. All the receptionists were super friendly and resolved any doubts we had. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of food and drinks and the eating area was nice. Loved the additional features of the jacuzzi and sauna. The location is an absolute 10, very close to both tram and bus lines which arrive at a high frequency. 100% would recommend.
