We were welcomed by Igas at the reception and he made the check-in process a breeze. He went a step further and ensured that the restaurant remained open for dinner even after its closing time. The room was spacious and had a beautiful decor. The other spaces including the pool were clean and well maintained. The breakfast menu had multiple options to choose from and Chef was happy to cater it to our needs. A big thanks to Igas and other staff for taking good care of us. We had an incredible stay at this hotel, easily one of the best we've ever experienced. Everything exceeded our expectations!

Everything! It's just amazing! The hotel is beautiful—very spacious and stylish. I immediately fell in love with all the details in the interior. Great design! The breakfast menu has an extensive selection of European, Indian, Japanese, and Indonesian cuisine. The personnel is so friendly and always helpful. The secret pool is marvelous - you can hide from the sun in the shade of trees and enjoy swimming in a quiet area. Everything is new, fresh, and spotless. This hotel is worth its money for 100%!

Excellent location, ample space, great healthy food, amazing zero waste concept mixed with recycled art, music and wellness. The room was super comfortable and came with many free things including a bar tender that would come to your room and make you a cocktail with the cocktail kit included in the room.
