Hosts were so kind and hospitable, really delicious breakfast(super cheap too!), spotlessly clean, nice lush decorations. Can also rent a scooter that is functioning and not old.

Breakfast buffet was great. At the beginning, the room we booked had an issue related to the air conditioning (made a noise). When we ask them to repair, they came and did it. but the same problem occurred again and again. Then they gave us an upgraded room. It was nice.

We got a room upgrade, which was a very pleasant and unexpected surprise! Great service and polite staff. The pools are nice, and the breakfasts were delicious and varied. We also went to the Japanese restaurant owned by the hotel — it was absolutely amazing! I’ll definitely come back here again, but next time with my mom. She’s going to love it here!

Unbelievably good hospitality. Extreme attention to detail when servicing the rooms. No request goes unnoticed and every need is met. The staff exemplary, food exceptional and cocktails generous. One cannot ask for more. I was wanting for nothing and except a few occasions, never had to leave the premises. Photo shoots, massages, et al were in house. Just fantastic....

Superb garden with swimmingpool, especially the restaurant with view on the swimmingpool was great ! Also the staff was very friendly and helpfull. Daily shuttlebus to the center was a nice bonus.
