The peace and cleanliness of the hotel was nice to come back to after the busy city. The rooms are well equipped and have a very comfortable large bed. Every staff member was very pleasant and smart with a warm smile. The dining area was very nice with a great selection for all tastes and nationallities. The staff show pride in their work and it really does make a difference. We cannot rate this hotel enough and if we were ever in Jakarta again, would definitely stay here. Keep up the good work!

The whole experience was amazing, the Ritz-Carlton lived up to our expectations.
Natasha and Vinny decorated the room for our wedding anniversary, it was a such a lovely surprise!! Natasha showed a lot of thought and care with emails prior to our arrival, thank you so much for making our stay so special...
The friendly restaurant staff served amazing food, particularly Patrick our waiter who was so very helpful.
The concierge booked our day trip, and even gave us a framed photo to remember the day!!!! wonderful guy.

Most of all I like that the hotel has a shop inside the property and the restaurant is just perfect. Breakfasts were so tasty as well as after you could order great food. The location is good, the personnel is polite, and the cleaning was done perfectly. It would be great if the pool were warmer :)
