The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The customer service was excellent. The property was always very clean and well cared for. The room was decent sized for three people. I liked how they provided an adapter for guests to use during their stay.

Owner's family are great people. They always try to help and do their best for you to feel comfortable. Breakfast, especially Balinese option, was very tasty. Everyday room cleaning. Location is about 20 minute to the very center of the city by foot, or 5 min on a bike. When you have a meal on a terrace it's like you're in the middle of the jungle.

Amazing studio finished to a very high standard, with everything you could possibly need , a great place just to relax. Amazing Staff who are always only a WhatsApp message away, and efficiently organise tours, drivers etc. Good Restaurants nearby without having to go into Ubud centre in the evening .
