The city views from the hotel are absolutely stunning, and the terrace is a perfect spot to unwind and take in the surroundings. I could not love this place more!! After travelling for 4 weeks I walked into an oasis. I was upgraded to a beautiful room with a balcony. Quirky... immaculate. Everything you need including a corkscrew!. The outdoor area to relax.. free tea,coffee and snacks all day. The staff were so kind and friendly. I recommended it to a friend who stayed my last night and we both said it wS the best accommodation of our trip and the price was good!. Location in Jaffa just added to the outstanding quality of this hotel!!

Beautifully decorated hotel, in a great location. There are many restaurants, cafes & markets nearby and the beach & port are in walking distance. I have been blessed to stay in over 500 mainly 5 star hotels in nearly 100 countries.. and I would rate the breakfast as one of the top 5 that I have ever had. I loved the selection of salads, smoked salmon, cheeses and freshly baked bread. In the evenings there is a great street vibe with bands playing in the street; I loved the street art. As a frequent traveler I appreciated the small things... tissues in a packet, reception gave me sachets of sunscreen lotion for my day trips and a great room spray gift on my departure.

The staff were brilliant Samuel and his team couldn’t do enough for me. Very welcoming and helpful. I loved the retro feel to the hotel. It was like going back to the 1960s. Bedroom was adequate, air conditioning worked well. I had a lovely balcony looking over the street. It’s a bit old fashioned, this is the type of hotel I imagine Kim Philly the spy living in (if he lived in Tel Aviv rather than Beirut). I liked the communal bathrooms. It was like being back at boarding school, except the shower water was hot and the pressure better. Tel Aviv is an expensive city. I’m sure Drisco’s Hotel next door is more comfortable but you would be paying at least five times more. It’s good value for money. The location was excellent. Ten minutes walk to Old Jaffa town centre. 15 minutes to the port and excellent fish restaurants. Five minutes walk from the beach. Very near the Elfelet light rail station.

Very good place, lovely high ceilings and spacious studio. Good facilities with communal washing machine and dryer. Close to Jaffa and the beach and a 15-20 min walk to the city centre. Would stay again.
