We had an excellent stay for 5 nights in a spacious and comfortable grand terrace suite. Nice views from the balconies. The food was very good, and the staff was super friendly. Great value for money as well.

Located at the Forum Mall , extremely convenient for shopping and entertainment. The Mall has a wonderful variety of branded and non branded stores including a Lulu supermarket. Prices are very keen as is the selection of retail stores and goods at great quality, great prices .
Situated across the banks of the Backwaters, most beautiful views from the rooms .
Restaurants are excellent value for money - as is in room dining , flavorful food and menu options .
The Property is Beautifully designed with minute attention to artistic as well as functional detail in the rooms - what a pleasure to the eye !!!- and extremely comfortably outfitted , spacious bedrooms with balconies that have the option of protective shade blinds as well as mosquito netting !
Best of all are staff , pleasant, willing and eager to make ur stay a pleasant one, always listening, always willing to go the extra mile .
Thank you for a wonderful stay of 3 nights ...wish we had more time to spend at this property.

Calm surroundings and clean rooms with access to all facilities. I have stayed in multiple hotels and home stays in the area and this was best so far in terms of value and comfort I would highly recommend this place for business travellers and family. The entire experience was amazing. I checked in with my son and my friend. The receptionists Hazyb and Hamza, very nice boys. Both of them were very friendly and made sure that all our needs were taken care of. We had requested for a wiper for the toilet as the floors were wet after a shower and they instantly got it for us. The place had all the facilities that an apartment would need, from washing machine to pots to microwave.
Will definitely stay here if I ever visit Cochin again. And would happily recommend to anyone.
Might find some items missing like washing liquid. But I am very sure if I had asked, they would have arranged it for me.
All of these for a very budget-friendly price.
