A beautiful building with wonderful art work and antiques. A gorgeous garden and pool to relax in. I stayed in a garden room which was large, comfortable and I loved the outdoor shower. A great location. Excellent restaurant. Wonderful friendly staff, who arranged transport for me from the airport and stayed up to greet me, even though it was after midnight when I arrived at the hotel. Travelling on my own, I was very grateful for all of the wonderful service I received

Joseph and Nimmy are the most wonderful hosts . They completely went out of their way for our comfort and were so helpful , friendly and just lovely people .
The atmosphere is so serene , it is spotlessly clean and the location couldn’t be better to explore the surrounds .
We hadn’t been to india for 25 years so we were a little apprehensive and Joseph put us completely at ease straight away and we loved it there . We were very sad to

The hosts were super friendly and helpful. They booked Kathakali show for us and spent quite some time trying to help us book a trip. We also got one room earlier so we could rest after a long travel before the other room was also ready.
The location is great, close to everything and calm. And the rooms are very confortable.

The pod cochin homestay was like home for us.
We stayed there for a total of 7 days. They have a common kitchen space which is fully equipped. They also provide drinking water supply. Joseph and his wife are really kind people and we felt very safe and relaxed staying there.
There is nothing bad about this homestay. We would stay there again. :)

The owner was very friendly and sweet with me for my first days in South India. She upgraded my room and I had a spacious apartment instead :). She answered to all my questions and gave me good advices. The localisation is great, just 5 mns walk to the sea and little bit more for the sightseeing.

This place really was beyond my expectations. The attention to details is exceptional: Mosquito nets that actually block mosquitos, a mattress that's actually comfortable to sleep on, purified water in the shared fully loaded kitchen, a/c, fan, hot water in shower, quiet (!) and a wonderful family - all super friendly and helpful. I really appreciate my stay there. Thank you.
