Stayed at the Taj Malabar Kochi for 3 nights. What an amazing experience right from the welcome to airport drop off. Tajness all the way. Even though the hotel was fully occupied, with two weddings going on at the site, with the restaurants being extremely busy, everything was handled so amazingly by the staff and the supervisors. The supervisors were always actively sorting out the guest flow in the restaurants with not a single issue visible in spite of the busy flow. Food, again awesome - fantastic spread, good variety, top notch quality- what more can I say. Rooms were excellent with a heritage character, with splendid harbour views of ships coming and going. Housekeeping was again top notch. We hired their car for two days sightseeing - again perfect experience, superb drivers, clean well maintained Innovas, excellent driving, right upto airport drop. This is what is Tajness - an experience in perfection. It's a testament to the management of the hotel to create such an impression in a guest. 10 on 10 for outstanding hospitality standards.

This was one of the best places we stayed in India. The owners are super nice and accommodating. You can tell they have years of experience, for instance there is free filtered water, tea and coffee available all day, and a yummy breakfast. The rooms are super clean, there is good pressure hot water, screens in the windows and the beds are comfortable. The location directly on Princess Street can’t be better.

Bastien Homestay offers very affordable rooms with two single or double beds, good firm matraces, attached bathroom. Rooms are simple with fan, but they are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious, I would suggest to go for Kerala breakfast instead western one. Bastian and his wife are amazing people who can help with everything you need. Along with accomodation they can exchange money with good rate, and you can purchase here sim card, tickets for nearby ancient Kerala theater, Ayurvedic treatmens, and so on… They help me a lot to make my stay in their home very enjoyable!

An absolutely beautiful hotel, an Oasis. Beautiful, authentic rooms filled with charm and comfort. Breakfast is a choice from menu, rich and very tasty. The staff is extremely friendly and generous- we had a late night flight and they offered us a late checkout based on their possibility without us even asking and an option to open the spa for shower before we leave for the airport! We has a fantastic experience

A real gem in this town. Exceptionally well located near the water. Tastefully restored old building. Restaurant with good cuisine. The staff is above and beyond praise. Very nice and quite large swimming pool. Second time staying at this hotel and very happy about it.
