The hotel is a historic building located in a nice area in the heart of Delhi. The staff is amazing. Facilities are very well maintained. Go for the art tour with Iris, it’s well worth it. This is definitely the best hotel I’ve stayed so far.

Best place i’ve stayed in! Lovely, clean, the staff were incredible. big shout out to rajesh and the team working behind the bar/ kitchen etc. staff go above and beyond!

The food is exceptional, especially the breakfast. The staff are also incredibly helpful and kind. It was our first time staying in Delhi and we are so glad that we stayed at the Shangri La. Close to everything with great views of the city, it was a very luxurious and comfortable stay. Would definitely return and recommend.
