The front office and housekeeping staff were very good, as were the bell boys. The front-line security personnel were also very polite and consistently greeted us with ‘Namaskar’, which we believe is one of the best ways a hotel can make guests feel welcome. While the overall stay was pleasant, the breakfast buffet and service could be improved to enhance the guest experience.

An exquisite place, comfortable, quiet, safe and beautifully designed. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. A good breakfast, a kitchenette and a market with restaurants makes the stay also comfortable by this aspect. The only thing I found problematic was that my balcony, on the ground floor and facing a street, didn’t seem to give a sense of privacy and was thus unusable. otherwise the place is one of the best in Delhi
