Apartment was spacious and clean. Giafranco was patient and helpful communicating as I knew no Italian. Only stayed a single night but there was plenty of room and amenities for a much longer stay.
The area was nice and quiet with plenty of places to eat nearby. The main draw for me was the location being a 5 minute walk from the Ducati factory and museum.

The apartment was immaculate and comfortable and had everything possible to make our stay enjoyable right down to little chocolates, champagne, breakfast pastries, and water.
It is honestly one of the nicest apartments we have stayed in on our vacation around Italy. The coop is just a 2 minute walk and has absolutely everything you may need.
