Best Plaza in town. The hotel truely is a hidden gem. it's boutique and very very cute, the rooms are cozy and the bed was paradise. The owners are friendly and helpful. The breakfast - for we are in Italy - was unexpectedly rich and you can sit in the Winter Garden overlooking the plaza in front seeing the neighbourhood waren up. I loved every Minute.

The service is top, with staff members being exceptionally friendly, helpful, and responsive. Communication during our stay, even via WhatsApp was prompt and efficient. The small reception team offers a warm and welcoming experience, adding a personal touch to the stay. Other highlights include the spacious rooms, extremely comfortable beds, and luxurious bathrooms, featuring amenities like large rain showers. The hotel combines outstanding style, functionality, and location, making it a perfect choice for a city break. It’s clear that a lot of love and effort has gone into making this hotel stand out, and it lives up to its name as a true luxury suite experience. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Como and will undoubtedly stay at Aurum Como Luxury Suites again.

loved the location, close walk to everything. Room was large, comfortable and clean. Picked up keys from cleaner onsite as we checked in early, usually pick up just around the corner. instructions very easy to follow.

Everything was perfect. From location, accommodation and facilities provided, we didn't have anything to add. Host was very helpful and facilitated the check-in in a smooth way. Totally recommend this place.
