The location is great, the apartment is located at a quite neighborhood, literally two mins away from the picturesque Boccadasse and the coastal promenade, as well as 10-15 mins from Vernazzola beach. All on feet. Also, convenient bus connection to the city center. Fantastic hotel in the Boccadasse area of Genoa. We stayed in a double room that was very clean and comfortable. It was a bit small, but we really enjoyed it. The room included a kettle, tea, sugar, liquid soap, shampoo, a fridge, and air conditioning. The lobby had a water cooler and a coffee machine. The staff were extremely friendly. Luigi, the receptionist, was very helpful, giving us tips on local restaurants, attractions, and how to get around. The hotel’s location is excellent—between two beaches, next to a beautiful promenade, and only 15 minutes by bus from the center of Genoa. Bus stops and a Lidl supermarket are just a 5-minute walk away. Highly recommended!

The apartment was situated in a great location. The host will wait and check you in and explain the apartment. We had a sea view, it was very clean and modern with an equipped kitchen. The bathroom was roomy stylish If you want a central location with a view this is the place to be. Bars, restaurants & a supermarket are all on your door step. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend. Very new, clean and tidy. Lovely and bright and fabulous view ! Clean, centrally located. All features working well e.g. nice, quite A/C, good shower water pressure etc..Great accommodation in central location, very Close to public transport. Very clean, modern and comfortable room. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Location is very central and hence super convenient to walk to common attractions !! There is also a taxi stand near the piazza Ferrari fountain and many bus stops and a metro station nearby. Staff are helpful and efficient and speak English well. The interior decoration was what exceeded my expectations!!!! Super classical elegant fancy interior design, truly blown away. The spiral staircase that goes around and up til the top floor is very beautiful with many stain-glass window details. Room is very big as well which impressed me too ! Beds were comfy, sofa is very long and big, nice welcome gifts/ food given in the room, toilet is spacious and clean, and ample space for opening big luggages. Loved my stay here :)
