Everything was to our liking. The rooms were very clean, staff were friendly and very helpful and the breakfast were good. They even packed us some breakfast in a take away bag the morning when we have to leave early.

Ms Ting is an amazing host. We were in Venice during the strikes. All trains were cancelled. Not only did she let us keep our bags in her place for extra time, she also helped book a cab for us and gave us an extra bottle of water before we left since our train was delayed. Location: great! Close to everything and lots of eateries around. Host: amazing hospitality and very helpful. Very kind. Room: very clean, bathroom is bigger than all the other places we booked in Italy

All is new,super very clean.the matress is the most confortable one. Inside you'll find expresor coffee machine, capsules with authentic expresso,croissants,biscuits, we were felling like home,even a big fridge. The "silent host" came every morning to fill what's needed.inside the room are towels,2nd blanket,sheets.the room is clean every 2days. Many many thanks 2our host.GOD bless you.

Handy location, Serena provided clear direction, made easy process for check in and check out. Free parking is available outside the property. The house is very clean, comfortable bed too!. The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk to public transport, and only 10–15 minutes to the center of Venice. The apartment is newly renovated, very comfortable, and well-equipped. Very lovely house and well equipped and clean. Spacious unit with 3 bedrooms. Owner is very helpful and keeps close communication for queries. There is a big supermarket called Pam, just 2 mins walk from apartment. Private carpark is a nice feature. There is a Macdonald resturant within 5 mins walk. The bus stop is just 3 mins walk from unit. Bus 4L to Venice main station is just 5 stops away. Less than 15 minutes journey.
