This is by far the best hotel experience ever. The location is right on the Duomo, the rooms are super in terms of size and modern furniture, the hotel team is amazing. The hotel manager Abdallah was beyond helpful. He upgraded our room upon arrival and was always there to help us with anything we needed. He even took our bags straight to the taxi when departing. This manager is super professional and didnt meet such a professional manager like him before.

Tatiana was very friendly and approachable and gave me lots of advice on staying in Milan.
The apartment is clean and beautiful. It has everything you need. There are many kinds of candies and biscuits that are very delicious. They are also cleaned very carefully every day.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent! The access was very easy, and we received clear and helpful information from the staff before arrival. The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station with a direct line to the airport, which made our travel very smooth.
We were upgraded to a suite, which was spacious and beautifully designed – true luxury! The staff gave us a warm welcome and provided a great introduction to the area with professionalism and friendliness.
We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
