Serendipity was a wonderful place to stay. The accommodation is very highly finished - everything is very good quality, nicely designed and really comfortable. The room was light and spacious and had a great balcony. The shower is great. Manuela and her mother are excellent hosts - very welcoming, generous and helpful. We really enjoyed meeting them. We would highly recommend Serendipty.

We loved it! The room is spacious, clean and really nicely decorated. The best part ist the location so close to everything we walked everywhere and there is even an airport shuttle that leaves about 2min walking distance from this place! Breakfast is coffee + sweet treat in a nearby coffee place but very delicious!

We are quite experienced travellers and have NEVER given any accommodation in the world a top grade, but this place deserves it. We could not find a single thing that we wanted different about this place. Everything was absolutely satisfactory. The room is clean with a beautiful view. The bed is comfortable and pillows are even available in a firm and a soft variant. They even provide their own city guide upon arrival, demonstrating that they really care about your stay being a success. All details you could possibly image have been accounted for. Thank you to Davide who demonstrated the best customer service and kindness we have ever received throughout our travel. No need for a 6 star hotel - choose this place instead.
