Grear value for money, with amazing central location and helpfull staff. Would highly recommend. We loved the decor of the place too. Keep in mind it's public parking only (5mins away) but we had no problem in finding one.

Apartment is located in the heart of Perugia, just a minute away from the cathedral. Despite being in the city center, it is extremely quiet and peaceful. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and beyond. The host was thinking about every little detail (from ladies kit in the bathroom, to washing detergent for clothes, portable steam iron, hair straightener, you name it). We especially appreciated little bathroom gift for our child as well as that the host provided us with both baby chair, Netflix Kids and detailed instructions on whereabouts taking into consideration we have a small child. Breakfast included in the price in nearby local was amazing (great panini sandwich and wide selection of croissants and sweets). Both the apartment and the host Debora made our stay in exquisite Perugia even more magical.

The apartment was big and very good; it was perfect for friends, family, or couples. It is 2 minutes away from Centro Storico di Peruggia. It has everything needed; you could even cook. Laura, the host, is a great person; she even helped us with the luggage and was very helpful for everything we needed. I do strongly recommend it.
