I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. When I arrived, the staff surprised me with a free upgrade to a better room, which was a nice start. The room itself was spotless and had everything I needed—comfortable bed, good lighting, and enough space to feel relaxed. Breakfast was great, with a good range of options. Overall, the hotel had a calm atmosphere, which made it easy to unwind.

Everything was perfect about this hotel. From the warm welcoming at check in, to the equivalent of 5 star hotel breakfast! The room is spacious with good amenities and the relaxing area on the top floor is amazing. We appreciated the private, spacious and secured parking that the hotel offers. The staff were very helpful, courteous and patient. The patio with our room was wonderful giving the room a very spacious feel. We enjoyed the view of the pool and the street below and sat out there relaxing. Fabulous location and the beach facilities and staff were top class. We looked at the local shops where all the retail staff were very kind and helpful. Love Riccione for a regional getaway with friends. Easy access to San Marino which was definitely worth the effort. Excellent artisan ice cream.
