I celebrated my birthday at this hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. The check-in was earlier than expected, which was a very pleasant surprise. Additionally, after check-out, I was allowed to leave my luggage and even enjoy some coffee and tea — a very friendly and unexpected service that I really appreciated.
The staff was always polite and attentive, which made me feel like an important guest. This hotel truly values its visitors, creating a special atmosphere of hospitality.
The only small downside for me was the dust and the not fully polished faucets, which was a bit surprising. However, this did not spoil the overall positive impression of the hotel.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates not only comfort but also genuine hospitality. Many thanks for the excellent service!

Staff in reception very helpful! Arrange taxi for early flight, breakfast. In the room was always yoghurt, coffee, juice. Very clean and warm room. Location perfect. Definitely we will recommend our friends

Donatella was on front desk for the majority of our stay! She was super friendly, polite, always smiling and an absolute asset to Grifo! Location was 6 minute walk to colosseum, 15 minute walk to Trevi and we had lovely restaurants in minutes

Beautiful room and lobby with care and attention to make the accommodations attractive and comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful. Easy walk from train station but still a quiet room set back from Main avenue. Coffee and water and snacks in lobby were a pleasant addition.
