The check-in to the property was easy. The receptionist was kind. My room and the common areas were so clean! The breakfast area can be accessed at any time. A wide selection of coffee and snacks were offered. I had a very comfortable stay there.

I'm very happy we chose to stay at Appian Private Suites: it was a great mini-vacation and I wish we could've stayed longer. I definitely recommend staying here: the room was spotless clean, it had everything you need, and the communication with our hosts (Alexandru & Jenny) was great, they were the most welcoming hosts! We had a nice terrace, with green plants, a table and chairs, where one can enjoy the breakfast when the weather is nice and warm. The breakfast was very good and tasty and the (free) minibar was refilled every day. In case you need anything extra, there is an Elite supermarket just next to the building. The location is not in the old city center, but you can easily reach there by bus, by metro (direct line) or by taxi (approx. costs are around 15-20 EUR). We even walked to Trastavere area :)

Great location, very close to metro station. Apartment is located on 4th floor on a quite street. Nice cafe is located just around the corner with pastry, ice cream and coffee. In general, you can find many places in a neighborhood to grab some food. Huge plus: coffee machine, yogurt, water and cookies are included :) Apartment is new and very clean. Hosts were very helpful and provided all possible support before the arrival and during my stay.

The room is in a very nice residential building in a quiet neighbourhood, easily connected to the centre (20-30 minutes by public transport). Spacious room with little kitchen and bathroom inside and another complementary kitchen in the common area with a Nespresso machine and other amenities. The owner bringing croissants in the morning was just an additional top detail. Our stay was fantastic, totally recommended.

How attentive the staff were. Needed to exchange rooms and it was done with no hesitation I think we even got upgraded which was so kind of them. Would stay there again 100%. Loved it !
