It was very new and recently renovated . The hostess very helpful . Its very economy for the location because you are close to Roma termini and outside the apartment (about 10 steps) you have a bus station that you can go anywhere in Rome . Downstairs of the apartment it has a cafe so its very easy to find your morning coffee there .

The apartment is well equipped and to have two bathrooms were a luxury. The snacks, drinks and condiment stock made our stay a pleasure.

The apartment is modern, very clean and well equipped. There are nearby supermarket or food establishments if you opt to cook or buy food or eat out. David was an excellent host, always communicating and ensuring that we had what we needed. If there's a chance of going back to Rome, I will stay at this apartment again. I definitely recommend!

The place is new, equipped with everything necessary for an apartment, clean, cute, comfortable, spacious. I was impressed by the separate small room for clothes and luggage. There was an elevator in the building. The neighborhood is bustling, a lot of young people, places to eat - restaurants and fast food or just to have coffee. There is a supermarket just around the corner.

Because of plumbing problem on the original apartment, we have been moved to another one in the same building. The accomodation was fine, with working air-condition, private parking and quite good communication with the host.
