The staff were attentive and helped us with a late arrival. They prepared breakfast for us when we were rushing to get to a pre-arranged tour. They were also gracious in our early departure due to an early train. We could not have been more comfortable, the mini bar provisions were a welcome treat. Being close to the train station is the main reason we booked but I would have no hesitation in suggesting that we will recommend this property and be back ourselves! Thank you Roman Residence!

Perfect stay in a perfect location! We loved everything about it. STAFF was helpful, kind and professional. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT process was smooth and easy. On our departure we were able to leave our baggage at the hotel until afternoon. ROOM is very spacious, quiet, super clean and serviced every day. Most comfortable bed with variety of pillows. Mini bar is free and restocked every day. Bathroom with big shower had all the toiletries you might need. BREAKFAST was amazing. From savoury to sweet food, variety of juices (they have the best freshly squeezed orange juice), great coffee and hot chocolate milk our kid loved. Don't miss on their freshly baked cakes each morning. Staff in breakfast room was superb and we loved this incredible older gentleman (but young in spirit) who took care of everything in that breakfast room. He was so kind, charming, funny and we loved talking to him. Would love to come back to see him again. DINNER AT AMBROSIA restaurant-again amazing food and service. It was such a delight dining there. Don't miss it. Also, we loved their beautiful terrace, we had coffee one morning up there, it was mesmerazing. They even have small garden with spices, peppers, tomatos-lovely! WELLNESS AND SPA - another jackpot after whole day roaming through city of Rome. Such a beautiful relaxing oasis. All in all, that was amazing stay and we will definitely come back.

The front desk personal was very friendly. The room was clean and quiet with a nice view of the nearby museum. Location to train terminal is superb. Literally, a 3 minute walk. Breakfast was very good with a wide array of pastries, cold cuts, juices, coffee and other choices. Employees were very nice in this area of the hotel too.

Hotel is very close to Terminal and to the central. I with my wife have visited and the room is humble, fairly cleaned and there was even coffee machine in room. Everything for Roma and our room was very nice. Thank you Ms Deila for your smily behavor.
