Place is clean with access to all appliances you need. Fabio is a great host, communication with him was very good and efficient. It’s very close to Vatican City and Ottaviano tube station. We’ve enjoyed stay in the apartment and overall Rome and we would like to recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this place in Rome! The accommodation was beautiful, cozy and clean. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Vatican City and close to the metro, making it easy to visit all the major attractions in the city. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with great recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, yet well-connected with restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. The location is perfect: three minutes' walk from the metro and within walking distance to the Vatican Museums. Alberto welcomed us personally and gave us valuable tipps for restaurants in the area and made us aware that tap water is not only drinkable but also delicious in Rome. We had a nice room with a huge wardrobe and a nice desk and a new bathroom, everything very clean - thanks to Maria who was very kind and helpful. In the shared kitchen there are salty and sweet delicacies every day, besides water and orange juice; and there is also a washing mashine. You get a wonderful breakfast (hot drink and croissant) at a Sicilian bar around the corner. Excellent. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment was in a great location, close to the metro and also the entrance to the Vatican Museum! The facilities were great, as we cooked dinner two of the nights and also had a small washing machine, which was awesome. The host met us when we arrived and showed us how to work everything and had a good information book of where to eat and getting around instructions. Would definitely stay again!

Stefano is an amazing host. He send you all details and tips in advance. Very caring about our needs. The location is just 10 min by walk to Vatican Museum. You can park limited on the streets or at a park house for 20 EUR a day, which is very reasonable for the area. The area has a fresh market and a few supermarkets and nice restaurants around. The metro takes you to any important Roman monument. So next time when I come back to Rome, will definitely sty at Stefanos place and really can recommend it.

Really good check-in experience. The location was very good and easily accessible via Metro (Cipro station 4 minutes away). Room was nice and clean. The beds were also comfortable. The host responded quickly to our messages.
