The area is very nice!Close to all the attractions by walking.There are some shops around the property.Antony was very nice and informative.For sure if we visit Rome we are going to come back. Also the house had everything you needed if you want to cook or prepair your meals and the breakfast was ok for us for the five days we stayed. Close to the house is the Spanish steps and a short walk was the Christmas World one of the biggest Christmas parks in Europe. Thank you Antony for all.😉

We had a very good stay at the guest house. Giorgia was very kind, showed us everything and answered our questions about the city. She was very helpful. The room was big, nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. It was also great that we could leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out without any problems.😊

The room was beautifully decorated, very luxurious, and clean. There was also a coffee machine, tea, and a full bar. The bathroom was very large and clean, with toiletries and slippers provided. Towels were changed daily. I received cookies and fruit as a welcome gift! A very nice gesture! The bed was very large and comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly. this hotel is beautiful!

First of all, I would like to thank the hotel's reception staff, Carlo, Davide and Miriam, and the hosekeeper employee Winiefel. And thanks to the management for free prosecco and detox water at reception for 7/24 🫠 The location of the hotel was at the best location to reach everywhere. The comfort of the rooms and beds were incredible… The comfort of the pillows used and the fabric of the duvet cover set were the best I have ever come across… Everything was great, from the cleanliness of the bathroom to the quality of the hair dryer… I will choose the same hotel if I go to Rome again.
