My wife and I had a very comfortable stay here! The location is excellent—just a short distance from the old town of Siracusa, making it super convenient to explore. There’s also plenty of parking nearby. Our room had a small balcony overlooking a charming square with a fountain, which was a lovely touch. The host even treated us to a delicious Sicilian meal, which was a wonderful and thoughtful gesture. Highly recommend this place!

Everything was provided that we might need. Our hostess was amazing...we have met a new friend. Her son was also very helpful. We had help when we needed it, suggestions were provided and we generally had a wonderful time and stay in Ortegia.

Amazing location. Stunning views. Ilse was so kind and accommodating and available at all hours of the day over the phone. The place was so clean, too. In my opinion the photos don’t do the place justice! We stayed in the room with the hot tub and never wanted to leave. Incredible value for money.

Casa Camilla is absolutely spotless, and the owner provided us with fantastic tips to make the most of our time in Syracuse. She also gave us clear instructions on how to find the keys and open the doors, making the contactless entrance very easy. The room was spacious, very clean, and offered a relaxing retreat after a full day of exploring the town. We also loved the cute little view of the sea from the window—it added a special touch to our stay. The location is absolutely perfect, as it is close by a huge parking, the market and the city. Highly recommend this charming place!

The property is newly renovated with amazing preservation of the historical architectural details. Very aesthetic and with high care for details. Breakfast area and rooftop bar with sea view were amazing. We got an upgrade which is also a nice gesture. They have spa facilities within the hotel. They gave us night treats ( sweets and chocolates) , it’s really a grand hotel vibe!!!
