The location of the Borgo Marino is exceptional, secluded yet a stone throw away from Syracuse and the beach. An experience that is pure bliss. The staff were ever so helpful and courteous. The property is kept clean and the pool area so spacious.

Great apartment and a great location and view onto the sea/beach.
Great facilities which made it really comfortable and easy to do our own thing.
Really conveniently located with a rental car, with restaurants a short walk away, or everything else a pleasant 10-15 minute drive away (more restaurants, supermarkets, siracusa, locations to visit).
Hosts were fantastic and could be relied on for anything we needed.
Kalaonda Plemmirio is a complex made up of restored 19th-century buildings set just 800 metres from the sea and with its own outdoor pool. Syracuse is just 9km away.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and so was the lunch we had one of the days. We came midweek and had the place to ourselves for a few days which was lovely.

The ambiance is great. We liked the fact that our balcony had a view of the sea, and that there was a front balcony as well that looked into the garden. The breakfast was excellent. Staff prepared the type of breakfast that we wanted (e.g., omelettes). We felt at home.

1. Position. Just by the Fontana Aretusa and Gallery Bellomo, 3 minute on foot to the Cathedral, Castello Maniace, and the most beautiful beaches in Ortigia on both east and west sides, surrounded by countless restaurants, you cannot find a position better than here!
2. Having breakfast at the terra on the top floor in the morning sunshine is no doubt my favorite enjoyment in the whole journey in Syracusa! Wonderful food, perfect service! You can also take the breakfast to the room.
4. There is an AC in the bedroom and a heater in the bathroom, which make the whole room warm and comfortable. For me, at least, a heater in bathroom is very important.
