The hotel is located in an excellent area, with great restaurant options, 5 minutes walk from the main streets and very close to the boat shuttle to the airport. The room was spacious, super clean and comfortable, nice view, great bathroom! Breakfast was rich in flavours and very organised. Personnel were super helpful and polite. Only great things from this place!

Everything! We had a family room (2 connecting rooms with separate bath) which was a comfortable size for our family of 5. The hotel and rooms were very new and modern with beautiful furnishings and art pieces. Breakfast selection was good. A gelato shop next door, a supermarket on the other side, restaurants within steps, Santa Lucia train station (no need to cross any bridges) and Vaporetto stops within minutes’ walk. I will definitely stay here again!

This hotel was amazing. The room is spectacularly decorated. Is big and spacious with two bathrooms with all the amenities you need. The location is within walking distance from the Rialto Bridge which makes it convenient to catch the water bus or taxi. It also has a boat dock which allows you to take good pictures of the bridge and the city. But, what made this stay so special was the host. They are very attentive and will go out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. We had to leave very early in the morning which meant that we couldn't have breakfast and they were so kind as to prepare breakfast for us so that we had something to eat on our way to Milan. They also allowed us to check in early and had the room ready for us when we arrived. Lastly, the owner gave us a map of Venice and explain to us the best things to see and eat which I thought was great.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was traveling with my mom, and she was happy too! The room was very warm, cozy, and spacious. There’s a wonderful kitchen where you can cook various dishes using ingredients you can buy nearby – and everything is aesthetically pleasing. There’s public water transport, supermarkets, and restaurants close by. I highly recommend this place. Special thanks to Lorenzo and Noemi.
